HUNTR is a new-generation recruiting app that matches healthcare recruiters and candidates through a swipe of a finger. The brief for this brand was to create an exciting new face for recruitment. With its unique recruitment process we were inspired to make this brand very fluid and eye catching with its shapes and colours to reject the idea of rigid recruitment. We created a mobile app, website, marketing collateral and branding.
The website's aim is to drive future users to the app. With this in mind, we designed the interface and experience to really highlight the different individual functions of the app that would interest employers and job seekers. We found ways to weave the fluid graphics into the site without compromising the user's expereience.
Having social and marketing presence as a start up tech company is crucial. Our aim was to create visually-charged and playful posts that could get their followers engaged and also attract future investors. From pitch decks to social media posts, we've made sure to thread a strong brand presence.
The app design was a long and challenging process due to its two-sided market place. While the idea was to create an app for millennials, we also had to consider that older recruiters would also be using it. From strategizing the user flow to wire framing and finally design, the aim was to create something that could attract users based on simplicity and solid user experience/interface design. The result was a clean and playful interface ready for any type of job seeker or recruiter.
